A truly unique find in Aspen this property combines everything you need, nothing you don't, staggering Red-Mountain-Esq views, large floorplan to fit any occasion and a genuinely affordable price. This ain't fancy frills, but if that's not your game, boy does it deliver!

Located above Smuggler Mine up at the top of Spruce street this monstrous 5800 sq. Ft. house boasts six bedrooms, nine beds, six bathrooms, large outdoor decks, and a vast yard overlooking the whole valley from Ajax to Sopris.

This property was designed to serve you and the community. It is an ideal place for non-profit events, festivals, fundraisers, or leadership get-aways. Nowhere else in Aspen will you find the space for a yoga retreat, a leadership conference, or a 100+ person outdoor dinner at such an affordable rate. In fact, for causes we believe in, we will even work with you one on one to help produce events and lower prices. For specific inquiries, contact SkyRun Aspen directly.

This home has everything you need. Plenty of space, large outdoor areas, a private indoor and outdoor hot tub, a game room with foosball and ping pong, board games, a wood burning fireplace, a large functional kitchen and dining area, wifi and more.

Located up a hill, there is a heated garage for your car and space in the driveway for three more vehicles. If you don't have a vehice, it is just a (steep) four-block walk to the free RFTA bus service which can take you to all four ski areas and around town. The Centennial stop is for you!

Upstairs in the property, you will find two bedrooms, each had a queen size bed and full attached bath. The master bed has a gigantic closet like fashion shows could be run out of it, and a private large jacuzzi tub, and a large outdoor deck facing Aspen Mountain for special sunsets. In addition to the sleeping quarters there is a large mud-room for your sporting gear, a large kitchen and pantry, a 10 person dining room, a large living room with a AUX compatible sound system, cable and on-demand TV, and a living room with board games, a fold out couch, and a wood burning fireplace. Also, there is a large raised outdoor deck with a BBQ and seating for the perfect summer cook-out, or a winter hot-chocolate sunset.

Downstairs (still ground level due to grading) there is a large game room with a TV, minibar, foosball, ping-pong, and event space. There are three downstairs four downstairs bedrooms. One queen with attached full bath, one queen with no attached bathroom, one Queen with a twin, and an attached (passthrough) room with two twins. All rooms have ample closet space. Outside at this level is a large manicured lawn with clearing to see out across the entire valley. There is also a private hot tub that operates year round.

All in all, this is an amazing spot that while not fancy, embodies the best of old-school Aspen. We hope our home can serve you and the future of Aspen in a modest, caring way. Contact us with specific questions or needs.
