If you are looking for modern accommodations (Silver/Gold property) at an "Aspen Reasonable" price, look no further! Located in the heart of town, this unit comfortably sleeps seven in beds and provides access to a lovely common pool/hot tub area. Just a few blocks from the Gondola and Ruby Park, this condo features all the comfort and style you need. This is the ideal yearly landing pad for you and those you love.

A free parking space awaits for one car should you choose to drive, with the convenient unit entrance just steps away. There is a small outdoor seating area with a table and two chairs perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon office. The electronic combination lock on the door will give you secure and easy access.

After entering, to your left is the first bedroom. A perfect place for the kids! Three twin beds (one bunk bed and one stand-alone) offer ample sleeping room. Under bed storage, a reasonably sized closet and dresser, provide plenty of storage for clothes, toys, and gear. The attached bathroom has a stand-up/sit-down shower and extra towels. There is a small TV in the bedroom perfect for movie nights.

Also on the ground level is the master bedroom complete with a king bed, bedside tables, walk-in closet, and a generous attached bathroom. The large glassed-in shower, and two well-lit vanities will have you up and ready for any occasion. There is a TV with Comcast cable as well. Outside the master bedroom two opening ground level doors is a small balcony overlooking the heated shared pool and hot tub, a deck and table space for outdoor dining. A shared HOA BBQ is also available for use.

Back inside and up the staircase is the main living area. A lofty 10-foot ceiling and large west facing windows allow the primary space to get great natural light. A six-seater banquette provides a cozy primary eating area. The bar in the corner is a fitting place to serve your guests during happy hour or Apres Ski. Two leather couches and a comfortable ottoman create a seating area wrapped around an electric fireplace and a flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is fully appointed and centered around a beautiful granite sink. It has ample countertop space for prepping and cooking. It comes complete with a full-sized oven, four gas burners with a hood and pot filler, coffee maker, toaster, teapot, blender, and dishwasher. You will find more than enough tableware and glassware for your group, as well as a full set of pots and pans.

The upstairs bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen. It features a queen bed, a small double-level closet, floor to ceiling cabinet storage, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a full glassed-in shower and a single vanity sink.
The condo has plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. These include: a coat rack, an outside ski rack for the winter months, a full washer and dryer, and a large pantry. Air Conditioning, cable and Wifi will keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

The condo is located on S. Mill St., two blocks from both the Gondola and Ruby Park. The Ruby Park Bus Depot provides free bus service to everything the valley has to offer. All four ski resorts, the airport, and cultural experiences are just a ride away! This is a premier location for both winter and summer activities.

Getting to the slopes You're in luck! Just a few blocks away, you may access Aspen Mountain (Ajax) one of two ways. For the gondola, walk down Mill St. one block, then turn right at the HYATT hotel drive, walk one more block, and the Gondola will be directly in front of you. Grab a quick bite at Big Wrap, Shlomo's, or a coffee at Gorsuch and head on up! For lift 1A walk up Mill St. half a block to Summit St. Turn right and walk straight for 1.5 blocks through the ally. 1A (no lift lines... shhh!) will be in front of you. If you are headed to any of the other three ski areas: Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, or Snowmass, walk down Mill St. two blocks to the Ruby Park bus station. Getting around Getting around could not be easier! First means of transit: YOUR FEET! You are just blocks from everything Aspen has to offer, so walking everywhere is your best option. Trust you will enjoy it more. Should you want to get out of town, your best option is Aspen's FREE world class bus system, RFTA (Roaring Fork Transit Authority). To get to the closest station and primary bus depot, walk down Mill St. two blocks to Ruby Park bus station. Hop on the appropriate bus and be on your way. Busses run around town, to Hunter Creek, to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Snowmass Village, and Down Valley. What To Be Aware Of

While this property is in an excellent location, is a great value, and has everything you need for a special Aspen getaway, do not expect the level of finish you will receive on 5K+ per night offerings. This is a basic modern unit with all you need and a bit more, but not every bell and whistle.

Additionally, even though the unit is ground floor, and just two blocks from everything, Mill St. is quite steep, and is often icy in the winters. The second bedroom, kitchen, and living room are on the second level, and there IS NO elevator access to this part of the property, as such those looking for a more ADA compliant unit should look elsewhere.
